The Vape Crusader

I’ve been to this shop several times. My first vaper that was sol by mark ( who wasn’t very helpful and extremely rude to a first time customer) lasted 1 month. I went back and got served by Lisa who was very helpful explained and then sold me a better vaper. Much better service than mark. Unfortunately the coil burned out after 2 weeks but lucky enough Lisa was at hand to show me that there was another one in my vaper case and she fitted it me. She also changed the seal because it was wasn’t screwing tight. 2 weeks later the battery wouldn’t charge and I went back and half to deal with mark who just argued for the whole time and was telling me a lot of nonsense about charging the vaper and when ever I questioned his information ie ” I should read the instructions about charging, he would then get defensive when I asked to show me the instructions with the information about charging and pretend he never said that. In the end he just kept repeating ” charge it up over night” I said I would and he told me if it doesn’t charge, he’ll change it. Well it didn’t charge over night and when I call him to tell him that, he now says he has to send it away. I tried to explain that he never said that would happen but he just argued like a little kid with a stink attitude. I’m gonna swallow this one and purchase a vaper from a more professional company with better customer service like Lisa has. Unfortunately mark is the manager of that shop and if I go in there again and he speaks to me with same kind of attitude, it won’t end nicely. So I’m best to stay away from idiots that have no customer care. I suggest you do the same….unless you’re being served by Lisa.

Great shop easy access expert fast advise given. Knows his stuff! No problems whatsoever.

Shopped around and this place was the cheapest and most friendly
Staff not only spend time helping advising on the big sales, but also with the little things such as new flavour liquids and what best suited me. They got it spot on.

This shop grows with the number of products it stocks every time I visit, the juices and other products are at a reasonably price . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and free tea and coffee on offer.
Easy parking outside the shop too.
