I have been visiting this shop since it opened and have to say that the customer service and product knowledge is excellent! I have purchased several different products over time and regularly go to stock up on my vape oil. The loyalty card system is very generous and you build points very quickly.
All the staff are very helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. If I’ve ever had any problems with any of my devices, they are always eager to help fix or replace them. I now live further away than when I first started using the store, but I wouldn’t consider going anywhere closer due to the excellent customer service!!
