This is one of the best businesses I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting! The owners are so unbelievably nice and helpful beyond comprehension! They have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They provide excellent conversation as well. Such nice people and I love being there everytime I go! They’re very highly recommended!

When I first walked into Milldenhall Vape Shack I was greated by all the fabulous products available. Brett and Mary are a absolute fabulous team and their customer service is amazing. I wasn’t just buying a product from them but I was buying the knowledge from them both. Unfortunately I can’t give more then 5 stars as they both deserve more as they are a credit to the vaping community. I wouldn’t think twice about driving 34 miles again just to stock up on juice and have a friendly chat and coffee.

very good experience lovely people always relaxed and very friendly place to go to compared to were I went before. I have been shoping at Mildenhall vape-shake for the last ten months and have only had good fun and I would highly recommend them to any one how is looking for a good vape shop and a good time

When I first thought about vaping I had a look around a few shops, the came across the vape shack. On first impressions was a nice small shop with good products. I brought my first set up and was really pleased. 11 months later I’m still shopping here. It’s really nice to have a shop with amazing customer service, brilliant produce and a lovey friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who’s starting off vaping or is a hardcore vapour!!

Absolutely brilliant shop!
Very friendly, helpful staff who are very patient and offer great advice for everyone from first time vapers to people who have been vaping for years!
Fantastic range of products and an excellent selection of juices all available to try before you buy.
Highly recommended, even just to pop in for a chat, you’ll always be made to feel welcome 🙂
