After smoking for 30 plus years and never attempting to stop and seeing my partner Louise try and stop several times, before finally quitting by using an E-Cigarette I decided to try one for just when I was on computer, as I was virtually smoking one after the other. I was actually using a 50g pouch of Tobacco a day using a rolling machine and standard filters, so as you can imagine I enjoyed a smoke.
While I was Vaping I did carry on smoking and kept my cigarettes with me at all times, I was using 24mg strength E-liquid and as I put a cig out I then just carried on tooting on my E-cig which I admit may not be seen as ideal.
But then at some point I found myself having a cigarette and actually missing the E-cig , and as the weeks went by I just smoked the E-cig more and more until I finally went to work one day and left my cigs at home and can honestly say I have never looked back.
The one thing I will say is that if you want to stop and I know everyone is different, but I have no will power at all, the key is a good battery with a good tank and good quality liquid which makes all the difference.
I did go through all the arguments in my head about been a grown man and that if I wanted to smoke I would smoke, but I can honestly say I never thought I would stop smoking , but I have just found it a natural progression and ended up finding the vaping more satisfying than the real Cigs.
