The folks at Steamachine are not only knowledgeable and informed, they are truly lovely people. When I walked in I felt a bit intimidated by what seemed to be a huge crowd of people with huge mods blowing huge crowds, but I was instantly greeted like a friend by a staff member who’d never met me, and then Emelie, who I’ve met before, came and helped me find what I was looking for. Emelie and Paul are running a wonderful business here which is unparalleled in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas – a truly high-end vape shop without all the cheap nasty juices and plasticky ‘mods’ you find elsewhere. I look forward to visiting them again and I know that, once again, the service and atmosphere will be as good as it gets!

I came here last week to buy a new vape for me and my friend and I was not disappointed. Absolutely amazing service and fantastic products! The staff took me through everything and explained fully how my device worked and how to operate it, one week later I’ve been off the cigarettes and had no issues whatsoever. Needless to say we’ll be back!
