Puff Dad E Vaping Supplies - Waltham Abbey Store

I started vaping nearly 6 years ago and this was the first place I went to get advice and my first tank,mod and eliquid. Since those days I’ve moved on to more elaborate tanks and mods and can now be found on You Tube doing regular reviews under the name Gavin Vaping.
Today I went into there Waltham Abbey shop as I was having problems with my battery charger. Craig one of the knowledgeable people you will come across in the industry diagnosed it was a power cable fault. He said they keep spares and he gave me the power lead for free. Brilliant customer service as always. Thank you Craig

We went to the shop for my husband we had no idea of how the ecig worked. The guy at the counter so was helpful went through all the different types and even opened one to show us how it works. Excellent customer service !! Highly Recommend

Ever since i started vaping the guys at puff dad e were very helpful in informing me on the best e cig to buy to suit my needs. I had a few troubles with a battery one time and they didnt hesitate to swap my battery for a new one as i provided my receipt which i found very helpful ,its also a nice fun atmosphere within the shop which makes it always welcoming anytime i go in there. Would recommend!

Ok, so today I decided I want to quit smoking,iv tried to stop before using the basic pens and I threw it out my window, so after some thinking I checked out puff dad e after a recommendation, and it was well worth it i picked up a setup for 55 quid with some juice and I haven’t smoked a fag since, I went in knowing nothing about vaping I came out with good info thanks to the guy and lady that answered all my questions, brilliant customer service, you have just gained a life long customer, thanks puff dad e

Every time I use this shop there is always very friendly staff on hand to help you with all your questions, the advice the staff give is excellent and they are happy to help you with setups of the products you buy to ensure you are completely happy b4 you leave the shop
