Koopor Plus 200w Review

The Koopor Plus is a box mod that provides a variable wattage range from 6 watts to a maximum of 200 watts so has plenty of power to it.

It is made from Steel and Zinc Alloy and has a really nice finish and but it looks and feels a hefty mod.

It takes 2 x 18650 batteries so you can expect to vape all day at a higher wattage with this one (these are not included with the mod). The battery cover has a slide mechanism with magnetic strips and contains a ribbon to easily remove your batteries when you need to replacement or charge them.

One of the best features is that there are small air holes on the inside of battery cover, sides and top of the mod so it provides plenty of airflows to prevent your batteries overheating and help vent any gases. There is also a vast range of protection features including Puff Monitoring, Atomiser Recognition, Overheating Protection, Short Circuit Protection and a Low Battery Warning.

Koopor claim it is one of the most accurate temperature control mods ever made and features HFDMR (High-Frequency Dynamic Monitoring Resistance) Technology. It can detect atomizer resistance once every 250 microseconds, with a precision of approximately 4000 times per second, thus regulating the temperature of heating coils more effectively. There is also a Dual Driver System that works to buck and boost the voltage to improve the accuracy and speed of regulating and enhance the consistency and taste of every puff.

You can build Ni200 alloy (Nickel) and Ti (Titanium) when using the temperature control mode.

The buttons are very clicky on the device but sometimes they tend not to operate at times (this might be only applicable with the test version as demonstrated in the video).

There is a large OLED display that is very clear and features output wattage setting, output voltage, atomizer resistance and battery life indicator.

Koopor has provided a great choice of colours as well including a Passion Red, Night Black, Matt White and Stainless which all look very attractive.

The average UK price is around £50 online and we are starting to see this stocked in a range of online stores and local shops during November. It is value for money considering the features and wattage range compared to other box mods with a similar specification.
