IPV3 LI Review | Video by Everyday Vaper
The IPV3 LI is made by Pioneer4you and features a range of improvements over the original IPV3 including temperature control and upgradeable firmware via the USB port.
The design of the IPV3 LI is very simple but it looks really stylish with its industrial look and feels solid in the hand to hold.
This is a 165 watt temperature control mod but can be upgraded via the firmware to 200 watts and support for titanium coils.
It contains a spring-loaded 510 connector on the top and air vent holes on the bottom to ensure your batteries don’t overheat.
The battery door slides off nicely and contains magnets to keep the cover in place when you have fitted your 2 18650 batteries.
The LED is nice and bright and contains battery level indicator, ohm reading, current mode and wattage settings.
The USB port located on the bottom is only for upgrading the firmware and does not charge your installed batteries.
There is a firing sensor on the top which is a bit of a novelty and seems a pointless when the firing button is only 10mm away from it but some may like this feature.
It uses the Yihi sx330-v3sl chipset inside and you can set various wattages using the memory setting which is handy.
It produces a fantastic vape with a great hit using any of the settings.
Average UK price is around £65 which is good value considering the features included and build quality.
